I feel like sitting down and crying for an eternity.
Sometimes when I feel like this I find the best thing is to put myself to bed, a nice big sleep is a good place to start...but I'm at work...sigh.

During my life (so far) great things have happened to me and some bad things have also happened. Regardless of what seems to be happening my depressive mood has managed to permeate its way into every aspect of my personality, at times crippling me.
The Brave Girl Project was born out of an ‘enough is a enough’ moment! For years I think I have tried to accept that maybe I’m just a ‘glass half empty’ kind of girl but like many I want more, I deserve more and I want to (without sounding too much like an Oprah episode) fulfil my true capabilities.
With hope in my heart I dreamt up The Brave Girl Project – a three month challenge created by me for me, with the support of the ‘Yoga Tapas’ studio. My aim is to test whether regular dedicated, calming exercise (such as yoga) can make the difference I am looking for. I will practice yoga regularly for three months working up to 4-5 times per week....ouch!
